Providing a service to anyone is never easy especially when it comes to design. I was very impressed on how Leow and Jon could interpret my thoughts and concerns on the layout, delivery and content of the website with accuracy. My concern was time delivery and to my amazement they managed to deliver within a short span of time. They have been very professional, reliable and helpful up till today. As project manager you often deal with the paradigm that you can only control three out of four the variables Cost, Time, Quality and Scope. For example if you want something to be done in a short time frame, at a low cost and with a wide scope it is very difficult to get a high quality. However, during our work with Kah Thong I realised that he has the ability to control all variables to the benefit for our projects. He has an in depth Drupal knowledge and is a very skilled Drupal Themer. In addition, he communicates perfectly in English.
