Do you work under non-disclosure agreement?
Yes. Additional charges apply.

How long do you require to complete a normal Drupal theme?
A normal Drupal theme requires 3 to 7 days to complete. It really depends on the theme's complexity, design, and features required.

I need my theme completed ASAP, can you deliver within 1 to 2 days?
Yes, I provide speedy service while maintaining quality. Pricing will be higher and subject to terms and availability.

Are your themes compliant with W3C standards?
Yes, it is according to the standards by W3C and valids XHTML Strict and CSS.

When do I pay you?
25% payment in advance (not refundable) in order for me to commence work and
the remaining 75% payment when I have completed the project.

What payment methods do you accept?
Maybank2U online banking for Malaysian customers and PayPal for clients from other countries.

What is the currency used for payments?
US Dollars.

Do you have a refund policy?
I do not offer refund for services provided. It is your responsibility to go through the project requirements carefully.
