How to setup your Android device's Mobile Internet / 3G with Maxis Malaysia
This is just a short article that I thought worth sharing with anyone out there who is trying to setup your Android device to use Mobile Internet / 3G with Maxis telco. I'm using HTC Desire HD for this, but it should be pretty much the same with any other android device.
Go to Settings > Wireless & networks > Mobile networks > Access Point Names and add a new APN profile with the settings below:

| MMS port | 80 |
| MCC | 502 |
| MNC | 12 |
| APN type | default |
The rest can be left default (optional).
Assuming you have already purchased / subscribed the mobile Internet package from your respective telco, set this new APN as default and turn off your phone.
Wait for about 1 minute and turn it on and enable Mobile Internet, enjoy!
